OUR ORGANIZATION

The Agdao Multipurpose Cooperative (AMPC) has its highest governing body, the Representative Assembly, which is vested with all the powers expressly provided by law and the by-laws of the Cooperative.

The Representative Assembly elects the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Election Committee. The Board of Directors exercises general supervision and control over the affairs of AMPC.

The Board elects from among themselves the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman, and appoints the Secretary and Treasurer. The Board of Directors shall also be responsible for the strategic planning, direction-setting and policy formulation activities of AMPC.

The Members of the Committees exercise supervision and control over the affairs of their respective Committees. They elect from among themselves their Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary.

The Management Staff is in charge of the administrative and financial affairs of AMPC. The General Manager who is the Head of the Management Staff serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Cooperative and has jurisdiction over all staff of the cooperative
