Leadership

The Executive or Operational Roles are performed by the Management Team composed of the General Manager, Department HeadsBranch ManagersSupervisors, and Staff.

The General Manager serves as the main link between the Board of Directors and the Executive. The Executive is responsible for the management of the Cooperative and its on-going operations. The cooperative culture of Agdao Multi-Purpose Cooperative (AMPC) begins from the top downward with our Leadership.

AMPC has a strong leadership team looking after all aspects of our business from financial performance and business processes to member and employee experiences.

The Executive provides over-all direction and leadership in the Cooperative through developing and maintaining an effective working environment for employees.

The Management Team which consists of different departments is headed by the General Manager of the Head Office, AMPC Green Building, corner N. Torres & P. Urduja Sts., Bo. Obrero, Davao City.

General Manager

MICHAEL JOHN M. GESTOPA

Provide leadership to position the cooperative at the forefront of the business industry. Develop a strategic plan to advance the cooperative’s mission vision and goals and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization. Oversee the cooperative’s operations and administration to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Responsible in the over-all operations, internal control,& administration of the cooperative.

Finance Manager

JERAMEEL P. RELATADO

Responsible and accountable for the effective and efficient implementation of financial policies and strategies in the investments & operations of Agdao Multi-Purpose Cooperative.

Marketing/R&D Manager

ANDRE B. ARSENIO

Responsible and accountable for the planning, coordinating, managing, monitoring, and analysis of marketing programs that supports the sales efforts for all members and commercial business lines of AMPC as well as providing support services and assistance on all programs & projects that promote new business development of AMPC.                                                                                                      Responsible for providing services and assistance to AMPC branches in the achievement of guiding members successfully in their financial requirements.                                                                              Responsible for the research, development, enhancement, and management of AMPC’s products and services. Responsible for the promotion of AMPC FOCCUS Brand, integrated marketing campaigns, internal and external marketing communications, and marketing database management, as well as creative production team.                                                                                                                                                                Responsible for the developing and managing Web marketing projects, including Web pages, microsites, email campaigns, internet advertising, and social media from conception to completion.

Human Resource Manager

WENDELL S. REINON

Responsible and accountable for planning, directing, and coordinating human resource administration activities such as employee recruitment, selection, placement, development &training, benefits and compensation, implementation of personnel policies, regulatory compliance, and other human resource administrative functions.

Internal Audit Manager

GIOVANNI A. ANCOG

The Internal Auditor shall functionally reports to the Audit Committee and administratively to the Chief Executive Officer. Functional reporting shall mean that the Audit Committee approves the internal audit charter, risk assessment and related annual audit plan. It also includes reports on different issues and concerns outside of the normal audit that the Chief Internal Audit Officer believes important and significant. Administrative reporting is a reporting relationship that facilitates the day to day operations of internal audit function such as budgeting and management accounting, human resource administration including evaluation and compensations, internal communications and information flows, and administration of the AMPC policies and procedures.

Accounting Manager

JESSICA HOPE G. PROCHINA, CPA

Responsible and accountable for the efficient and effective functioning of the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the cooperative. This includes the day-to-day record maintenance, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of the financial reporting function and tax preparation.

Information & Communication Technology Manager

DAVE R. QUIRIT

Responsible in providing support to the Head Office and all Branches/Satellites in the implementation of various IT programs & projects.

Social Programs & Services Manager

NONETTE P. DATULAYTA

Responsible and accountable for management of the organization’s social programs and services that will result in the effective and efficient organization in compliance with the Cooperative social performance programs as required by the Cooperative Development Authority.

Asset Recovery Manager

RONNIE M. SOBREDILLA

Responsible and accountable in providing support services to the operations in recovering Charged-off accounts under litigation and over 365 days with undertakings already forwarded to ARD.

General Services Manager

JOSEPH M. PORTIGO

Responsible and accountable for the administration of the general services and maintenance of AMPC building, Properties, & Other Assets, Custody & Sales of all acquired assets, Proposed Piggery/Hog Raising Project, Proposed Water Refilling Station, Proposed Emission Test Center & Registration of Loan Collaterals, and Leasing of Offices & use of Function Rooms.

CREDIT AND COLLECTION Manager

RONNIE M. SOBREDILLA

The Credit and Collection Manager shall function as the point person responsible for the scrutiny of all major loan applications as well as its completion of payment.
