Promo Mechanics
Promo period is from April 16, 2019 to December 9, 2019.
The promo is open to regular and associate members with a minimum share capital of P1,000 and is willing to add new deposits to existing savings and share capital or open other savings enumerated below.
Every deposit of P1,000.00 in the share capital during the raffle promo period entitles one (1) raffle entry.
Every deposit of P1,000.00 in the following savings entitles one (1) raffle entry:
- “Sinsilyo Para sa Kaugmaon”
- Save for Christmas
- Education Savings
- Retirement Savings
- Auto Savings
- Leisure Savings
- Home-Equity Savings
Open up a minimum of P10,000 in Time Deposit within the promo period to earn one (1) raffle entry.
For placement of time deposits of P50,000 and above, an additional gift certificate will be given as follows:
Fresh Fund Deposit

P 500, 001 and above

Only fresh funds deposited to the above-said accounts during the promo period are eligible. For time deposit, renewals are also eligible provided the account is place for a period of at least six (6) months.
All deposits enrolled in the promo period shall be withheld/locked for a minimum period of six(6) months.
New members can also join the promo provided he/she deposit an additional amount of P1000 aside from the required initial share deposit to earn one (1) raffle entry.
The entire Time Deposit amount placed by a member will be considered for the corresponding free Gift Certificate. Splitting of the amount deposited is not allowed, e.g., a Php1,500,000.00 deposit does not entitle the member to three (3) P500 Gift Certificate.
Share capital retention from loan proceeds are disqualified for this promo.
Deposits from loan proceeds are also not applicable for this promo.
Deposits are non-withdrawable or cannot be terminated within the minimum lock-in period. If the deposits are withdrawn/terminated before the lock-in period (6 months), the member is automatically disqualified for the raffle promo.
Deposits cannot be offset as payment for loan.
Deposits cannot be utilized to replenish mortuary fund account.
Member will sign up an entry form for the promo for every deposit made. Entry form shall be kept safe by Marketing Associate at the Branch until the raffle.
Raffle Mechanics
Cut-off period for entries:
- Preliminary Draw Entries- on or before June 12, 2019
- Grand Draw Entries- on or before December 9, 2019
Qualified lists of names will be generated by the IT Department and will be evaluated further as Official Entry Lists for the raffle.
Raffle Entries will be drawn in a single draw lot or “tambiolo” in the presence of Internal Audit/Audit Committee.
Two(2) draws will be held. Preliminary draw will be held on June 19, 2019 and Grand draw will be held on December 16, 2019.
