AMPC Brings Back “Balik Skwela” Program

Agdao Multi-Purpose Cooperative together with the member-owners, officers, employees and AMPC Laboratory cooperative officers give support to the 362 pupils of Baracayo Elementary School of Daliaon Plantation, Toril, Davao City for “Balik Skwela” program. The students received backpacks and complete set of school supplies which they can use for the whole school year 2015-2016.

The event was held on June 5, 2015 at Baracayo Elementary School which was spearheaded by the Social Programs and Services department of Agdao Multi-Purpose Cooperative.

A number of volunteers and donors from AMPC member-owners and non-members have pooled resources together to share a common cause and help others. This is one way of giving back to the community where AMPC serves.

“Back to school time can be very stressful and financial burden of getting necessities, even worse. That’s why we thank AMPC for choosing our school as beneficiary,” Baracayo Elementary School of Daliaon Plantation School Principal Fretzie G. Capulong said.
