Online Membership Process
Step 1
Fill the Sign-Up Form
This form includes personal information so that we can learn of you better. This is for security and so that we can provide better services.
Step 2
Pay the Fees
An email will be sent to you for the instruction in paying the Prescribed Fee. This is thru our partner Baiyarin.ph.
Prescribed fee is inclusive of
- Deposit (Share Capital and Savings)
- Insurance
- Membership Fee
- Coop ID Fee
- Passbook Fee
Step 3
Attend Zoom Call
A video call via Zoom will be scheduled to assess the validity of your application. This will include a Pre-Membership Education Seminar where you will be oriented to the how-to’s of the cooperative.
Step 4
You are now a Member
Wait for the confirmation email regarding your application.
*For deferred admissions, the deficiencies will also be sent via email.
