AMPC has once again give 500 Malibago seedlings to Brgy. Matina Pangi on June 27, 2015. About 30 AMPC Laboratory Cooperative Youth, employees and staff participates in the Tree Planting Program in Km. 7, Riverbed, Matina Pangi, Davao City. Working in conjunction with Brgy. Matina Council partners, AMPC offers the opportunity to support the planting and maintenance of trees through an Adopt-A-Site Program. Through this, participants learn the importance of planting trees and taking care of the environment. A representative from the said barangay demonstrates how to plant a Malibago seedling. The idea to plant trees (seedlings) in communities is hatched by AMPC to achieve environmental sustainability and stewardship. This is a way of acknowledging our communities because their success is our success. The Adopt-A-Site program continues, as AMPC commits to take care 1,500 full grown Malibago trees in the adopted site.
